• Thickness: 4mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm (select according to the height and pressure requirements of the water tank).

• Material: Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), corrosion-resistant, lightweight and high-strength.

Connecting fasteners

Bolts, nuts, washers

• Function: used to assemble panels and fix water tank structures.

• Material: hot-dip galvanized steel (economical) or 304/316 stainless steel (more corrosion-resistant, suitable for drinking water or humid environments).

Base and support structure

Base steel (channel steel)

• Specifications: C-type channel steel (10# or 12#), as the bottom support frame of the water tank.

• Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing (rust-proof) or red spray painting (regular maintenance required).

Internal support structure

• Tie rod and support rod: horizontally and vertically reinforce the water tank wall to prevent deformation.

• Specifications: standard opening 600×600mm (other sizes can be customized).

• Function: For maintenance and cleaning personnel to enter and exit.

Auxiliary accessories

Ladder

• Material: Galvanized low-carbon steel (economical) or stainless steel (durable).

• Requirements: It is required when the water tank height is ≥1 meter, in accordance with the safety maintenance specifications.

Water level indicator

• Type:

• Glass tube water level gauge (with brass valve, intuitive display of water level).

• Float type water level gauge (automatic control of water level, can be connected to the alarm system).

Option suggestion

• Material priority: Drinking water tanks are recommended to have all 304/316 stainless steel accessories to avoid rust pollution.

• Thickness selection: The higher the water tank, the thicker the panel needs to be (such as 10-12mm plate for a 2-meter high water tank).

• Customization requirements: Special environments (such as strong corrosion, high temperature) can upgrade the material or add anti-corrosion coating.
